great location room upgrade comfy bed

the location was GREAT! it was super close to bus stops and trains. ian looked after us WITH a room upgrade and the bed was VERY comfy. It was quiet though it was in a hotspot area.

the hotel did not inform us that the refurbishment had not finished.

helpful staff maintained rooms perfect location

I found the staff to be very helpful. The rooms were nicely maintained. The location is perfect, near Luxembourg Gardens. Breakfast provided many options.

rather underwhelming stay

small room inattentive staff

The room size was a joke. I've seen larger closets. i had to strategically place my suitcase to avoid tripping. the tv was also a bit of a disappointment. It barely worked. the staff seemed less than concerned, it was annoying

small room disorganized breakfast

The room was quite small. I was expecting more space! also, the breakfast service was a bit disorganized. It took a while to get simple things like coffee or juice, and the selection wasn't great! It was very annoying and i couldn't sleep well.
